Raul Vergini, was born in Predappio, Italy on March 8, 1958. He received his doctorate in medicine at the University of Bologna in 1984, starting immediate private practice in classical homeopathy. He says, "I was lucky to learn homeopathy since 1980, from an old retired homeopathist." Homeopathy is still his main activity. He has experience in the fields of natural medicine, anti-aging medicine, natural hormone balance and aesthetic medicine.
In the very beginning of his practice, Dr. Vergini also took an interest in alternative therapies for cancer and nutrition, including vitamins and minerals. He wrote his first article on magnesium chloride in 1986 for a review of homeopathic. In February 1994, the most important Italian publishing books practices "alternative" health published his book il Curarsi with magnesium (magnesium Healing) which describes the properties and use of therapy with magnesium chloride in human (and veterinary).
Since 1989 Dr. Vergini also took an interest in hormone balance, including thyroid, progesterone, DHEA, etc. His interests also include arthritis. Dr. Vergini a member of the Academy of Sciences New York (New York Academy of Science), the WOOSAM (World Society of Anti-Aging Medicine, for its acronym in English), the IHS (International Hormone Society, for short English) and Mensa. (The "high IQ society").
On March 2 this year 2009, Dr. Vergini gave an interview to "lastampa.it" entitled "Magnesium chloride and magnesium for health", by Louis Del Prince Stefania world in which (translated from Italian ) states inter alia that:
"The lack of magnesium and other valuable minerals, it is increasingly evident in a society oriented towards an increasingly widespread practice of following a diet low in nutrients. This generalized 'malpractice' is supported by advertising that invites us to consume meals prepared industrialized and increasingly sophisticated. Therefore, finding food on the table more and more colorful, tasty, quick and easy to consume, but, conversely, increasingly poor nutritional aspect. Trying to understand the reason for all this, and as a natural remedy, magnesium chloride, may be useful in the treatment of various disorders. Answers to these questions will Dr. Raul Vergini, physician and nutrition expert. Doctor, it seems that most civilized people suffer a severe shortage of magnesium. What could be the reason?
"In 99% of cases the reason is the insufficient introduction through the diet. This is that they tend to eat less foods high in magnesium (such as walnuts, almonds, beans, cereals). And finally, intensive cultivation and use of chemical fertilizers have reduced the amount of magnesium in the soil and therefore the products that are grown there, so that vegetables and fruits are now the same in the appearance of 50 or 80 years ago. "
Professor Delbet was the father of treatment with magnesium chloride. There are differences between what worked and what it is today in pharmacies?
Professor Delbet was the father of treatment with magnesium chloride. There are differences between what worked and what it is today in pharmacies?
" Delbet and Neveu use magnesium chloride and 4.5 to 3 water molecules (the so-called "dry"), while those found today in our pharmacies is 6 water molecules (the so-called "crystallized "). This chemical is a difference, but in practice the difference is very marginal. Once adjusted the doses on the type of magnesium that we have at our disposal, have essentially the same product with the same efficiency. For example, Neveu solution used against polio, diphtheria and other acute diseases was 2%, although the use of a solution of 2.5% (25 grams in 1 liter of water), just to make up the difference in the form of magnesium chloride used. The magnesium chloride is very effective even when used outside, for example in the disinfection of wounds and injuries.
What is the difference between the use of a disinfectant normal and magnesium chloride?
"The one for external use, was the first time Delbet use magnesium chloride, at the beginning of '900. He proposed a solution of 1.2% for washing and heal wounds. Today with magnesium crystallized the solution is 1.65% (about 16 grams per liter of boiled water). This solution does not mortify the tissues as do some antiseptic solutions, and increases white blood cell activity. This is not a disinfectant, because that kills bacteria, but simply encourages our defenses in the traumatized area and facilitates healing. "
You can say in two words, the overwhelming experience of Dr. Delbet in the use of magnesium chloride in the treatment of diseases such as diphtheria. And above all, the incredible response from the Council of the Academy of Medicine as professor Delbet magnesium propose to treat this disease?
"Dr. Neveu, in 1932, using a case of diphtheria in a solution of magnesium chloride in an attempt to reduce the risk of allergic reaction to diphtheria serum then given as Delbet has shown that the solution reduce the allergic response. When the day came in the laboratory analysis of the responses confirmed that the diphtheria and then before administering the serum, Neveu had noticed with great surprise that the child was completely cured. After trying this case in another 5 months, and all were cured. In the following years is more than 60 cases, all cured without the use of anti-diphtheria serum. Published in a medical journal a couple of articles on the treatment of diphtheria and some of my colleagues try to confirm the excellent results. In 1943 Neveu realizes that in addition to magnesium chloride in diphtheria, was able to cure the other great scourge of the time, polio. Then try to obtain a formalization of the method presented in Medicine and Delbet goals of being a member. However, the Academy Delbet refuses to give permission to make a submission on behalf of Neveu because it is not a member of (what has sometimes not been a problem.) Delbet decides to submit on their behalf, but also with a thousand excuses, was denied permission to speak. After a long and heated debate which gave him the floor, but the report was never published in the Bulletin of the Academy. Delbet protests are officially responded, "If you know of a new treatment against diphtheria vaccination was stopped, while the common interest is to generalize the vaccines themselves."
Magnesium chloride appears to be effective against many diseases. Why do so many doctors still do not know the use?
"Because the treatment with magnesium chloride is not taught in college or illustrated in the writings of medical therapy. With the advent of antibiotics and vaccines this therapy, which, as has already been major obstacles encountered at the time, virtually disappeared (or, more accurately, which was finally removed). It was thought, a little 'naively, that immunization with antibiotics is all that is needed to eradicate infectious diseases (only after several decades is that there have been realize that things are not so simple). And then the magnesium chloride is a natural substance and therefore not patentable, so it does not always think the pharmaceutical industry to invest millions of euros in research on a product that then can not receive any economic benefit. Is 'a little' the plight of the vitamins, some of which have great potential for prevention and therapeutic treatment that are not designed, tested or made largely for the same reason. Only the State, not acting for profit, could bear the burden of carrying out research on these very important but too often neglected, and that would greatly benefit for everyone, but unfortunately I doubt that will happen. "
As always we hope this information will be useful and can answer some questions, our intention is to inform and educate people about the benefits of this important mineral, and its study and history at the time.
